Controls 

A - move block left

D - move block right 

w - drop down one square

Space - drop to bottom

Q - rotate left

R - rotate right

the base game was made following Zigorous tetris tutorial - 

With the game assets from Zigorous as well.

I got my UI elements from UNDER GUI by Prinbles 

and lastly i got the music from Not Jam Music Pack by Not Jam
